Atlanta Femcee Omeretta The Great Had Questions After Iggy Azalea Wannabe Seemingly Jacked Her Swag With Ode To Atlanta

"Wtf is this?”

Rapper Omeretta The Great had questions after she posted a Wonder Bread knock-off video of her ode to Atlanta hit “Sorry Not Sorry.”

On July 20, the 26-year-old femcee took to Twitter and posted a video of an unidentified Iggy Azalea wannabe rapping about Omeretta’s beloved Atlanta. In the vid, the white girl jacked every Black girl aesthetic known to man and Columbused a theme, including cornrows, AAVE,  rapped in front of the historically Black college Spelman and a mural of Outkast rapper Big Boi, called herself “light-skinned,” rocked ‘round the way girl nails and did some semblance of twerking to “school” the masses on who was and wasn’t from the A.

The over one-minute worth of footage left Omeretta posing the question to Twitter, “I’m crying. Wtf is this?

We don’t know, Sis.

The tweet quickly went viral, with Black Twitter users responding with hilarity.

In February, Omeretta The Great had heads shook when she dropped “Sorry Not Sorry.”

According to AJC, the Atlantan made it clear what Atlanta was “not.” She narrowed Atlanta’s city limits by omitting popular spots affiliated with the southern city like College Park, Lithonia, Forest Park, Lilburn, Roswell and Decatur. Omeretta also had smoke for Clayton and Gwinnett counties.

“So when we speaking on Atlanta, I don’t play, right? (I don’t play)

But I’ma get right to the subject, ain’t gon’ beat around the bush

Answer this if you say you from the “A”, right

Which zone are you from? What hood did you live? (What?)

What hospital bed were you born?

Look, I know it sound crazy, but I’m a “A” baby”

College Park is not Atlanta (No, it’s not Atlanta)

Lithonia is not Atlanta (Nope)

ClayCo is not Atlanta (Nope)

Decatur is not Atlanta (Nope)

Gwinnett is not Atlanta (Nope)

Roswell is not Atlanta (Nope)

Forest Park is not Atlanta (Nope)

Lilburn is not Atlanta (Nope)

Look, the North is not Atlanta (Nah)

The South is not Atlanta (Nah)

You ni**as is not Atlanta (Nah)

You b*tches is not Atlanta (Nah)

Big Rettà, I’m too Atlanta (I’m too Atlanta)”

“I’m talking about the 1, the 3 and the 4,” she said in “Sorry Not Sorry,” referencing three of the six Atlanta Police Department zones. “The old, not the new Atlanta.”

Omeretta even took it a step further to call out rappers who claimed the city but weren’t from Atlanta, like Ludacris, 2Chainz, Monica, Outkast, Donald Glover, Omari Hardwick and Migos.

Entertainers who were safe from the rapper’s wrath were Future, Ciara, T.I. and Gucci Mane.

Omeretta’s hilarious tweet has garnered over 43,000 likes and 4,500 retweets.
