A$AP Rocky Defends Rihanna At Club After Fight Breaks Out During Their Promo Section

Fans of the couple praised Rocky for how he handled the situation.

A$AP Rocky stepped up for Rihanna this weekend when a group of men got rowdy around his pregnant partner. Rocky got on the mic at a club appearance after a fight broke out between patrons during their appearance.

In a video posted by The Shade Room, Rocky could be seen cutting the music playing and speaking into the microphone after the altercation began. He said,

“Y’all n***** act like gentlemen right now. You heard?” The Harlem rapper continued, “I got my lady [Rihanna] here. Y’all n*****, calm that s*** down, man. Don’t be in this section doing all that s***. Calm that s*** down.”

“Yall act like gentlemens when you are in our presence,” he demanded in the short video.

Although the identities of the arguing men haven’t been revealed, shortly after the video gained popularity online, fans of Rihanna and Rocky took to social media platforms to praise the man for his response to the fighting in the club.

One user wrote under the initial Instagram post, “That’s right, Protect your Queen and your unborn!”

Another fan quickly added, “ENERGY !!! N, that’s why when people be talking about [Riri] has more money than him !!! Yes, but she feels safe in his arms! That’s what matters !!! ENERGY !!!”

“ACT LIKE GENTLEMANS WHEN Y’ALL IN MY PRESENCE is about to be my new ringtone,”

“People be thinking you just gotta protect your lover from violence against them but it’s very CLEAR you need to protect your lover from anything that can disrupt their peace in general,” Someone else agreed.

Others tweeted out their reactions to the whole ordeal.
