Grammy award winner Megan Thee Stallion’s Los Angeles home was burglarized.
According to TMZ, two men forced their way inside the 27-year-old’s rapper home by smashing a back door window on October 13 while she wasn’t home. It was reported that the pair of thieves made their way to Megan’s bedroom and made off with $300K-$400K in valuables, electronics, cash, and jewelry.
Police identified the burglars as wearing gloves and hoodies and are attempting to find them further by using surveillance footage from Megan’s and her neighbors’ home cameras. As of Friday, no suspects were in custody, and Megan took to Twitter to address the Los Angeles break-in.
First, she just wrote, “Wow.”
She continued in another tweet, “Material things can be replaced, but I’m glad everyone is safe.”
Thankfully, no one was reported to be in the home during the break-in. Soon after her initial posts, she informed her fans that she would take a break after finishing her upcoming appearance on Saturday Night Live. Megan explained that she was tired and emotionally drained after the recent events.

Megan Thee Stallion’s hiatus will come after her upcoming SNL appearance on Saturday. Fans speculate that she wasn’t at her home during the robbery because she was preparing for her part in the show from Tuesday earlier in the week.
