The emergency phone call to 911 when Kevin Samuels went into distress has been made public.

The woman with Kevin at the time of his death on May 5 was identified as Ortensia Alcantara. Audio footage from the call revealed that Alcantara identified herself as a nurse while desperately attempting to save Kevin’s life.

The nurse reportedly told emergency services that the YouTube guru possibly had an arrhythmia in his heart. Alcantara also disclosed that he complained of chest pains before going into cardiac arrest and falling on top of her.

“He’s turning blue,” she told the 911 operator as she performed CPR on Kevin.

“I’m not going to stop giving him CPR. Ask the front f***g desk,” said Alcantara as she demanded a portable defibrillator from the front desk of his apartment building.

“It will take longer if we have to ask the front desk,” the 911 dispatcher responded.

She insisted that the machine was necessary if there was any chance of saving his life. The front desk was closed.

Alcantara had only met the Atlanta-based man the night before.

The 57-year-old “male image consultant” was known for his controversial views of Black women. Loser men and pick-mes often lauded Kevin’s toxic takes. After news of his death began to circulate, many folks articulated that they wouldn’t lose sleep over his demise.

On May 10, FOX Soul’s Cocktails With Queens co-host Vivica A. Fox shared her thoughts on Kevin’s passing.

A clip of her view was posted to the network’s official Instagram account.

“Kevin Samuels created many controversial conversations and situations around himself during his time here, and many aren’t letting it go in his passing. Our Queen @msvfox had to get a few things off her chest about him, herself!”

“This man was a hypocrite, in my honest opinion,” Vivica said. “I didn’t find anything about him to be healing. He insulted African-American women on a consistent basis.”

She also opined about Kevin’s offensive video where he called unmarried women over 35 “leftovers.”

“I hope this is teaching folks a lesson about the karma that you put out, the negativity that you put out in the world,” Vivica added– giving a word of caution to viewers. “That when karma comes knocking at your door, she might not be so kind. So, the fact that he keeled over real quick and was supposedly with a woman that we don’t yet know the nationality … rest in peace.”
